Ideal Partner Profile

Who We're Looking For

We are highly selective. Every Vendxa partner is a proven performer with an established network in one or both of our core verticals.

  • 5+ years of direct healthcare sales experience — pharmaceutical, biotech, or hospital/health system side.
  • A verifiable track record of quota attainment — we want hunters who can demonstrate closed revenue, not just activity.
  • Established relationships with key decision-makers: C-suite, pharmacy directors, physician group leadership, or IDN procurement.
  • Comfort operating as a 1099 independent contractor — you run your own operation; we are a strategic partner, not an employer.
  • Self-directed and disciplined — you don't need hand-holding, you need resources and runway.
  • A consultative, solution-based approach to selling — not feature-dumping, but real business development.

We specialize in two high-opportunity verticals. Partners must have a strong home base in at least one:

  • Rx Pharma / Biotech: Specialty pharma, biologics, rare disease, oncology, or commercial drug launch experience. Deep prescriber or formulary relationships a plus.
  • 🏥 Hospital / Health System: IDN, GPO, or large group practice sales. Experience navigating complex committee-driven purchasing processes.

The Role

What You'll Do

As a Vendxa Field Sales Partner, you serve as a fractional commercial extension of Vendxa and its client companies — representing their solutions within your established territory and network.

Your Focus Areas

  • Identify, pursue, and close new business within your target vertical and geography
  • Build and advance relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts
  • Represent Vendxa client products and services with full product knowledge and professionalism
  • Manage your pipeline, forecast accurately, and communicate progress to Vendxa leadership
  • Bring market intelligence from the field that shapes client strategy
  • Collaborate with Vendxa's internal team on strategic account planning
